In our 60-minute consultation we will dive deep into your health history, any symptoms you may have, look at your current lifestyle and implement actions that will help you feel more empowered and energised. Following the initial consultation you will receive a personalised wellness plan; including steps to start feeling more energised, useful information, recommendations/referrals and resources to help support you on your health journey.
This plan is for those looking to improve their nutritional knowledge alongside gaining an understanding of their bodily systems. Together, we will look at your symptoms, lifestyle and formulate a plan of action and I'm here to hold you accountable! Following the initial 60-minute consultation you will receive a personalised wellness plan; including steps to start feeling more energised, useful information, recommendations/referrals and resources to help support you on your health journey.
This membership guarantees adherence to your wellness plan with 4 x 60-minute sessions together a month. This regularity is typically the stimulus needed to keep you on the wagon and getting the results you want. *This membership also includes an introductory Sleep Hygiene Goody Bag* Following the initial 60-minute consultation you will receive a personalised wellness plan; including steps to start feeling more energised, useful information, recommendations/referrals and resources.
This is for members who would either like to add an extra session every now-and-then or who have reached the end of their full membership with us but would still like some accountability or help when they are struggling.
8- Week Programme designed to educate, empower and energise you. As a holistic coach, my role is to educate you on your body systems, help you better understand your symptoms, empower you to make informed decisions regarding your health and cheer you on along the way! This programme is designed for those who are unable to commit to working together long term but would still like 1:1 support to improve their gut health, sleep better, lower their stress levels and feel more energised everyday.
