How Long do you have to commit to a membership?
We have a 3 month minimum commitment to our memberships. This is because long-lasting change takes time, and your journey won’t be linear. Our goal is to ensure you leave our time together feeling the best possible version of yourself and that could take a few months for some and longer for others.
What is health and wellness coaching?
We will work with you to understand your goals in relation to your health and wellbeing, and then will help you to understand where the opportunities lie in bringing about positive change in these areas. You will learn how to make sustainable changes to your nutrition, movement and mindset and together we will develop actions to make these changes. You will be supported along the way to ensure that the changes are sustainable and long-lasting.

We can meet online or in-person, whichever best suits your needs. (If we work via zoom, we always have the camera on so that we are able to connect on a deeper level)

Absolutely! But this will be strictly via zoom.
